Moorfields @ Bedford Post-op Cataract Audit Some of you may have received a post-op cataract audit form when reviewing your patients after cataract surgery. To enable us to audit our surgical outcomes and thus drive forward improvements in the Cataract Service, we need refraction and visual acuity measures for our surgeons. We would therefore be very grateful if you could assist with the collection of this data and return the audit forms to us. We have kept the form as brief as possible and it should take only a few moments to complete.
